The role focuses on recruiting through multiple channels, onboarding, and maintaining strong dealer relationships for long-term success. Responsibilities include training, proactive engagement with dealers, and collaboration with internal teams to develop onboarding resources and programs that accelerate dealer

Qualifications

• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment or similar work environment.
• Graduate of a four-year college or two years college with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit dealers through various channels and implement recruitment activities.
• Onboard and train new dealers to ensure readiness for selling.
• Build and maintain lifelong dealer relationships and provide tailored support.
• Coordinate onboarding materials and collaborate with COE, Marketing, and other teams.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to improve revenue and growth.
• Conduct coaching sessions and training on product features and selling techniques.
• Drive sales targets through effective recruitment and engagement efforts.
• Relieve Invoicing Clerk duties related to order processing and related tasks.
• Attend company events and participate in cross-functional projects.
