You will drive growth by acquiring new dealers, strengthening relationships, and ensuring dealer success through onboarding and training. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, supervisory experience, and background in direct selling or sales.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree; undergraduates with 2 years supervisory experience may qualify.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Must be mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network.
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
