The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, supervisory experience, and proven experience in direct selling or sales. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course; undergraduates with 2+ years of supervisory experience are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network.
• Drive growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
