Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Dealer Recruitment Lead to expand and strengthen its network across the Philippines. You will recruit, onboard, and support dealers while driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, supervisory experience, and proven experience in direct selling or sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• With experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network.
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
