Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive its dealer network in the Philippines.

You will recruit and onboard dealers, expand reach, and build relationships through consistent engagement and support. The role requires a 4-year degree (or 2 years with supervisory experience), experience in direct selling or sales, and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-year degree; undergraduates with 2 years supervisory experience acceptable.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive achievement of sales targets.
