Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to lead dealer recruitment, onboarding, and network expansion across the APAC region.

You will nurture dealer relationships, provide training and development, and monitor KPIs to meet sales targets, contributing to a dynamic, mission-driven company that values growth, learning, and hands-on impact from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; undergraduates with 2 years supervisory experience qualify.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment or similar field is required.
• Must be mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can work independently or in teams, and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen PCDSI network.
• Drive growth by acquiring new dealers and extending network reach.
• Build dealer relationships via consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
