Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a leader to drive dealer recruitment and onboarding while expanding the network across the Philippines.

The role focuses on acquiring new dealers, strengthening relationships, and supporting onboarding and training to ensure dealer success. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree, 2+ years supervisory experience, and hands-on experience in direct selling or dealer recruitment, with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive achievement of sales targets.
