Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Lead to expand and strengthen our dealer network across APAC markets.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and training, build strong relationships with dealers, and monitor KPIs to drive sales targets.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course and/or two years of supervisory experience for undergraduates.
Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network.
Drive growth by acquiring dealers and expanding network reach.
Build dealer relationships through ongoing engagement and support.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and development for dealer success.
Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
