Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expand the network, and drive growth by bringing in new dealers across APAC.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, training, and development to ensure dealer success. You will monitor KPIs, push for sales targets, and contribute to a purpose-driven organization with competitive benefits and learning opportunities from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand PCDSI network.
• Drive growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
