Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a results-driven Dealer Recruitment Lead to grow the network across the Philippines. You will onboard new dealers, train teams, and build strong relationships to drive performance.

In this role, you will monitor KPIs, support dealer success, and help the organization achieve sales targets within a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. MS Office proficiency and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
