Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Teammate in the Philippines, Bohol to handle inbound/outbound calls, email and live chat support. You will provide timely responses, filter client content, perform data/research tasks, and resolve customer issues while following SOPs and KPI targets.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, computer proficiency across Windows OS, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office and Google apps, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with Windows/Mac OS and office apps.
• Typing at least 30 WPM for voice campaigns and 35 WPM for non-voice campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound calls, email and live chat support.
• Filter content from client website and perform data/research tasks.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate priority problems per SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and participate in trainings.
