Formación

• Must be fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Research and provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Navigate internal resources to provide world-class service and escalate issues when needed.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and document interactions per SOPs.
• Identify trends and communicate emerging issues to internal teams.
• Adhere to KPIs, guidelines, and policies for consistent service delivery.
• Foster collaboration with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
