TaskUs in Tagbilaran City, Bohol seeks a Teammate to handle calls and support queries via email and live chat. You will research data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction following client quality guidelines.

Strong communication, computer literacy across Windows/macOS, MS Office, and Google apps, plus typing 30 WPM (voice) / 35 WPM (non-voice) are required. Ridiculously Good perks accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer-literate; proficient with Windows OS, macOS, MS Office and Google apps.
• Type at least 30 WPM (voice) and 35 WPM (non-voice).
• Willingness to work on cyclical schedules.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls and respond to inquiries via email and live chat.
• Filter content from the client's website and perform data/research tasks.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolve customer issues per guidelines.
• Document all interactions and escalate priority issues when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of login/passwords and participate in trainings.
