Qualifications

• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Computer literate with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Familiar with Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Research and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Navigate documentation to provide world-class service.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to internal teams.
• Route calls and document customer interactions per SOP.
• Identify trends in issues and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to KPIs, guidelines, and policies for consistent service.
