Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at SM Megamall Events in Mandaluyong. The role interfaces with customers via calls or digital channels, providing service support and resolving routine product/service issues.

You will greet customers warmly, manage inquiries, and strive to meet KPIs while maintaining product knowledge. As a frontline associate, you will document interactions, support problem resolution, and identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, adapt to changes quickly.
• Patient and professional in all customer interactions.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Willing to rotate shifts; country/program may vary requirements.
