Concentrix is seeking a Customer Support Associate I in Mandaluyong, Philippines. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering basic service and resolving routine problems for our clients.

You will greet customers professionally, maintain product knowledge, and document interactions while aiming to meet KPIs. The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Multitask in a fast-paced, high production environment.
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed.
• Team player or able to work independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations.
