Concentrix Mandaluyong Megamall is seeking a Megamall Customer Care Specialist to handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering professional service and resolving routine issues. You will maintain knowledge of client products, document interactions, and aim to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma with some experience and a strong ability to communicate clearly, multitask, and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma with 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; maintain professional tone.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Willing to rotate shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivered.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and resolve customer issues.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and notes in accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
