Job summary

CONCENTRIX Philippines is seeking individuals for customer support roles. You will communicate with customers in a courteous, professional manner, using approved procedures, and actively listen to understand needs to provide effective resolutions.

Successful applicants will undergo a month-long training on communications, culture and product-specific courses before starting actual work. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and BPO experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or above
• computer & internet literate
• must be FLUENT in English
• committed to full-time long-term employment

Responsibilities

• communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures
• listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport
• clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
• maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
