Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet depending on client requirements.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems regarding client's products or services.
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements and provide appropriate resolutions using available tools.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation of interactions.
• Suggest additional products or services when appropriate.
• Refer complex issues to senior staff when needed.
