Qualifikationen

• 18 years old or older
• Fluent in English
• Full-time long-term employment
• HS graduate or equivalent; not currently studying; fresh graduates encouraged; BPO experience a plus

• Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures
• Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while building rapport
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and use resources to resolve the issue
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
