You will be the voice and face of the company, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions, and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written English with clear communication.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
