Crescendo Staffing and Business Consulting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Call Center Representative for Voice & Non-Voice support in Manila area. You will handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, email, and ticketing systems to provide accurate information and resolve issues.

The role is full-time, onsite across Bridgetowne, Pasig, Moa, QC, and Alphaland locations with a shifting schedule. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
