TASK AGENCIES INC is hiring Call Center Agents for its Jasaan, Misamis Oriental office. This full-time role welcomes applicants with or without prior call center experience as part of a November class open to all.

You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service while following company procedures and scripts. Training and development opportunities are available to grow within the customer service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational qualification.
• Previous call centre experience is preferred but not required; learners welcome.
• Willingness to work various shifts including mornings, evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Process customer transactions, payments, and account inquiries efficiently and securely.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies, procedures and scripts while maintaining a personal touch.
• Meet or exceed call handling targets and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialised departments when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed.
• Participate in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and skills.
