Job summary

cnx is seeking a Customer Support Associate II in Pasay to handle inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering service that meets contractual KPIs and resolving non-routine problems for client products and services.

You will greet customers professionally, demonstrate empathy, document accurately, maintain product knowledge, and work with teammates to improve satisfaction while offering additional products and services. Shift rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with six+ months of customer service experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and solve problems.
• Dependable with attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking ability; flexible and adaptable.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Able to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; build rapport.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including documenting accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
