Job summary

cnx is recruiting for a Customer Support Associate I in Alabang to interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, delivering customer service and resolving routine product/service problems.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, clarifying requirements, building rapport, greeting customers professionally, maintaining knowledge of client offerings, documenting activity, and supporting additional sales when appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient and professional in all customer interactions.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and use decision-support tools to provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work notes and accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by directing customers to published materials or senior staff.
