Qualifications

• Comfort with rotating shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or online channels.
• Deliver customer service and resolve routine issues per client requirements.
• Meet contractual KPIs and document interactions in tracking systems.
• Clarify requirements, empathize, and build rapport with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate account notes.
• Assist with upsell of additional products or services where appropriate.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve service.
• Respond to inquiries by directing to materials or senior staff.
