Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet depending on client requirements.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems regarding client's product or services.
• Clarify customer requirements and use resources to provide resolution.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally using agreed-upon procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Document and complete work accurately, including account notes.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
