Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask; flexible and quick to adapt to changes.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Patient and professional in all customer interactions; able to rotate shifts as needed.

• Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Address inquiries by directing customers to published materials or senior staff.
