Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet.
• Meet contractual KPIs and maintain service standards.
• Clarify requirements and provide resolution using available tools.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
