Qualifications

• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team member or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions; maintain professional tone.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed; additional experience may be required by location/program.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or internet per client needs.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and provide resolutions using resources.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work; document accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products/services where appropriate.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call databases.
• Respond to inquiries by referencing published materials or senior staff.
