Concentrix Manila is seeking a Customer Support Associate I to interface with customers via calls or the Internet and to provide service support and resolution of routine problems. You will ensure KPI targets are met, clarify needs, and maintain product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a reliability-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation and patience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.

Responsabilités

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems.
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements and use tools to resolve issues.
• Greet customers courteously and maintain professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services.
• Document and complete work accurately; assist in improving satisfaction.
• Offer additional products/services and route inquiries as needed.
• Track inquiries in the call tracking system; refer to senior staff when needed.
