Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to navigate computers and the internet efficiently.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Patient and tolerant in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to rotate shifts.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and internet inquiries per client requirements.
