Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player yet capable of working independently.
• Exhibit patience in all customer interactions; maintain professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or web inquiries.
• Ensure service levels meet contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and provide resolution using tools and resources.
• Listen attentively, show empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain courteous service.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products or services.
• Document and reference accounts accurately in systems.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services as appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in call-tracking databases.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
