Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 0–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Proficient PC/navigation skills and ability to use client tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or online interactions to resolve routine problems.
• Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions using available tools.
• Demonstrate empathy, greet customers professionally, and build rapport.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services and document accurate information.
• Assist in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services where appropriate.
• Document and retrieve data in call tracking systems; refer to published materials or senior staff as needed.
