ResultsCX is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support for major U.S. brands from the Philippines. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide clear guidance, resolve issues with empathy, and navigate multiple systems with accuracy.

Onsite work with shifting schedules is required. A high school diploma or senior high diploma, and good communication and typing speed (35 WPM) are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
