Job summary

ClearSource is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will excel at helping customers, following up, and resolving issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will act as the first point of contact for the Home Warranty Campaign, handle recalls and dispatch tickets, and answer questions about coverage and account changes. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work shifting schedules including graveyard

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience with a focus on Customer Service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic typing proficiency with good accuracy.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts and split rest days.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure issues are resolved.
• Discuss covered and non-covered items on calls, including out-of-pocket costs.
• Send emails and collaborate with departments for customer support.
• Manage recalls and open dispatch tickets.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls.
• Attempt to retain dissatisfied customers.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for the Home Warranty Campaign.
• Answer customer questions about coverage limits and account changes.
• Process billing inquiries and payments.
• Handle pre-appointment work orders.
