ClearSource in Pasig City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Home Warranty Campaign. You will handle calls and emails, discuss covered and non‑covered items, resolve service concerns, and coordinate with other departments to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers, contractors, and partners to resolve issues.
• Discuss covered and non-covered items during calls, including out-of-pocket costs.
• Send emails and coordinate with other departments for further assistance in resolving customer concerns.
• Process recalls and open dispatch tickets.
• Respond to direct emails sent by customers.
• Receive and place telephone calls to respond to and resolve customer service issues.
• Review accounts for possible SCF (Service Call Fee) waivers.
• Provide exceptional customer service regardless of the outcome.
• Deliver the survey spiel on each call.
• Attempt to save accounts from cancellation due to customer dissatisfaction.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

ClearSource is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will provide customer support for our client's premium home appliance warranty program, handling calls and emails to discuss covered and non-covered items, resolve service concerns, and coordinate with other departments and contractors as needed. We need individuals with 1-2 years' experience with a strong focus on customer support who can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions — even in the face of dissatisfaction or cancellation requests.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative
