Job summary

Metacom Careers is recruiting a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Teleperformance’s Retail Account in Fairview, Quezon City. You will handle inbound calls from international customers and provide accurate assistance with courtesy and professionalism.

This onsite role requires at least 6 months of customer-facing experience, excellent English communication, and a willingness to work in shifting schedules.

Qualifications
