As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Retail Account, you will be responsible for assisting customers through inbound voice calls and providing professional, accurate, and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, account information, payments, and other retail-related concerns.
• Listen carefully to customers, identify their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately using company systems and tools.
• Explain products, services, policies, and procedures in a clear and professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Meet established performance standards, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
