• Upsell or recommend products/services when applicable
• Experience in Telco Account is a plus
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required

• Experience handling voice, chat, and email support
• Must be okay with a fixed 28,000 package
• Amenable to work full onsite in Double Dragon, Pasay
• Must be available to start ASAP
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule (no weekends off)
