ALORICA Philippines is hiring for an entry-level customer service role onsite. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolve issues, process orders and payments, and maintain accurate customer records. Training is provided, and incentives are offered to support your growth.

Open to fresh graduates, SHS/HS graduates, college undergraduates, or vocational grads. A 20% night differential applies, with paid training, HMO, 13th month pay, and vacation/PTO benefits.
