We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City. The monthly salary range for this position is ₱18.5-25.5K. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity that does not require previous experience, and is open to High/Senior High School graduates.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving complaints, and providing effective solutions. Other responsibilities include processing orders, payments, and refunds, assisting with product and service support, maintaining accurate customer records, communicating clearly, and following company guidelines.
