A leading service company is seeking an Enterprise Agent to manage high-value business clients by providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities include responding to client communication through calls and emails, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. This position is located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Formación

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling corporate or enterprise accounts is an advantage.
