Overview
Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through phone, email, chat, or in-person communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation)
- Strong customer service attitude and willingness to assist customers
- Ability to handle inquiries politely and professionally
- Can multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
- Willing to learn new systems, tools, and processes
- Patient, calm, and able to work under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work on shifting schedules (if required)
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Call Handling
- Properly log calls in the Call Log System
- Coordination with other Business Units and branches
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Provides adequate information per unit
- Handles customer complaints and provides possible resolution whenever necessary
- Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues that require in-depth problem solving
- Facilitate bookings request and cancellations
- Manage walk-in customers and can duty at Pier site or branches
- Handles and answers emails and social media
