Overview
The Customer Representative is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. They ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and professional service across various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to address complex issues.
Sales and Upselling:
- Promote company products and services.
- Identify sales opportunities and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Data Management:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer accounts and process orders or returns.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Gather feedback to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
