Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• With Sales or CSR experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Personable, attentive and trainable.

Responsibilities

• Attend incoming calls and reply to messages from clients.
• Prepare daily itineraries for service and consumable deliveries.
• Monitor service/delivery.
• Prepare daily branch reports.
• Accept incoming approved sales quotations and purchase orders.
• Generate COP for life availability and sales quotations.
• Generate and post sales invoices and delivery receipts.
• Conduct regular stock inventory and daily cycle count.
• Calculate average consumption of parts/consumables for requests.
• Send warehouse documents to Audit department.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• Attends incoming calls and reply messages from client's concern through messenger, Viber and text messages
• Preparation of daily itineraries on both service and consumable deliveries
• Service/deliveries monitoring
• Prepare daily branch reports
• Accept all incoming approved sales quotation and purchase order
• Generates copy life availability and sales quotation
• Generates and posting of sales invoice, delivery receipt and other warehouse documents
• Conduct regular stock inventory and perform daily cycle count
• Calculates items average consumption of parts/consumables for request
• Sending of warehouse documents to Audit dept
• Performs other tasks from time to time
