Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and take appropriate action after consulting with the head.
• Answer phone calls and emails; communicate with clients through various channels.
• Prepare and process order forms, quotations, machine, and spare part requests.
• Record-keeping of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Assist immediate supervisor with product inventories to be completed every end of the day.
• Encode consumables monitoring, prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to concerned personnel.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing items, prepare withdrawal slips, material return slips, and service schedule form for the assigned technician.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing engagement through various channels.
• Assist with managing social media accounts including content creation and post scheduling.
• Conduct research to promote or coordinate marketing events such as product launches and trade shows.
• Send demo request form, request invoice, and monitor partial deliveries.
