iQor in the Philippines is seeking polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients and deliver remarkable service to their customers by phone. The role involves handling inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and enthusiasm, helping customers and supporting the team to meet performance targets.

You will work inbound and outbound calls, aiming for first-call resolution while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location; empathy and compassion preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Maintain accuracy and production standards.
Predictable and consistent attendance is essential.
Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
