Job summary

Sutherland in Taguig is hiring a Customer Service Associate for our Wireless & Mobile Communications account. You will assist with billing inquiries, payments, troubleshooting, suspensions, and equipment upgrades.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong customer service background, and excellent communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn client-driven material are essential.
