Sutherland is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Wireless & Mobile Communications account in Taguig. You will handle billing inquiries, payment arrangements, troubleshooting, account suspensions, and equipment upgrades to ensure customer satisfaction.

We value strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work with AI tools like ChatGPT. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a background in customer service and the ability to type 30 wpm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer Service background required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, basic PC and keyboarding (30 wpm).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and good judgement to verify outputs.
